* No cars are allowed to enter the exhibition halls on Friday 14th of October, because of the carpet on the floor.
Standard stand construction
If you have ordered standard stand construction, you can start filling the space from Thursday 13st of October, from 13.00 hrs till 22.00 hrs. Before that time, the stand is not yet ready and it is not possible to have goods delivered to your stand. You can also decorate your stand on the first exhibition day, Friday 14nd of October as from 07.00 hrs till 12.00 hrs.
Entrance tickets
During construction time (and also break down period) you have to be in possession of the wristbands meant for this period. Depending on the measurement of your stand you will receive a certain amount of building up and break down wristbands. Click here for more information about entrance tickets.
Deposit / parking
During the building up and break down days, when you want to enter or leave the Jaarbeurs Utrecht parking ground or surroundings and the inside of the Halls, the security asks a deposit of € 50,-. We do this to improve the traffic. For this amount you can use the parking ground for two hours. When you go beyond these hours, the € 50,- deposit is not returned. We give you the advise to unload your car and then park it on one of the regular parking places.
Garbage / disposal
We like to point out the rules of Jaarbeurs Utrecht to remove garbage. Every exhibitor is responsible for the removal of their own garbage/brochures during construction period as well as breakdown period. You can hire a dumpster for your garbage at the Expopoint of Jaarbeurs Utrecht. At the end of the exhibition and during break down days all materials and garbage left behind at the stand will be removed or storaged by Jaarbeurs Utrecht on account of and for the own risk of the exhibitor. Insurance
Please make sure you are well insured. You have to take care for the insurance yourself. VNU Exhibitions Europe is not responsible for any damage or theft at the properties of the exhibitors. For advice in this you can contact the Expopoint of Jaarbeurs Utrecht.
