This year, the Bike MOTION Benelux Award will be continued after a very succesfull first edition. Two companies have taken advantage of the exposure given by the Bike MOTION Award 2010:  Tacx has gained the Trade Award with the Bushido Ergotrainer, and the Public Award went to Arpo with the Nomad mobile cleaner.
 
In 2011 two new Awards will be handed out to companies who have innovative products or applications for the sportive cycle trade: a Trade Award and a Public Award. Each exhibitor of Bike MOTION Benelux with an innovation in the field of sportive cycle products can compete for this Award.

Application
The online application form is easy to fill in; please keep in mind that the deadline is the 7th of August 2011. 
Make sure you complete the form entirely and send as much additional information as possible: photos, detailed information about the product and information about the company.
Notice: the product must also be sent in before the 7th of August 2011, so the jury can assess the product for nomination.

Costs
Exhibitors pay a one time fee of € 375 excl. VAT. If your contribution does not meet the criteria, you are unable to compete with the nominees and we will refund the fee of € 375.

Conditions of participation
Please read all the conditions of participation before you apply for the Bike MOTION Benelux Award.

Nominations
A jury with professional knowledge will choose 5 nominees for the Public Award, as well as the winner of the Trade Award. These nominees will be shown on our website from September, so the public can vote for their favourite. During the exhibition these nominations will get on a prominent spot in the Innovation Plaza near the entrance of hall 9. Voting for the Public Award can also be done on this stand. Of course, the winner of the Trade Award will also get a nice spot on this stand.

Presentation of the winners
The Trade Award will be chosen by the jury, and the announcement will take place on the first day of exhibition (14 October 2011) on the stage in hall 12. The Public Award will be announced on Sunday afternoon (16 October 2011), also on the stage in hall 12.
