You are obliged to build a stand; there are two options: you can build your own tailor made stand construction or we can provide you with a standard stand construction. The use of party tents is not allowed.
Obligatory stand construction
Most smaller companies don't have their own stand construction, therefore VNU Exhibitions has decided to provide booths smaller than 21 sq. meter only with standard stand constuction included. This will save you a great deal of time and trouble, with your stand ready and waiting for you at the beginning of the preparation phase. All that will remain is to furnish the stand with your own materials in accordance with your wishes. We can even help here too. The standard standconstruction gives on the other hand a very professional appearance.
Of course, exhibitors with a booth bigger than 20 sq. meter can also choose for a standard stand construction.
Own stand construction conditions
Of course you are also free to construct your own stand at the fair. Check the conditions for building your own stand:
- Obligated to lay carpeting and place finished walls
- The walls of aisle-, corner- or end of row location must be 2.50 meters high
- A corner location has two sides open, an end of row location three sides
- With an island location, all sides should be open as much as possible. You are allowed to close 50% of the sides
- The fire hose reel should be accessible at any time
- Pillars may not be decorated

Deviating standconstruction: drawing obliged!
With deviating stand construction or a location bigger than 50 m² you are obligated to send in the stand construction drawing for approval. Deadline sending in the drawing is at maximum 6 weeks before the start of the exhibition. Sent the drawing to standkeuringen@vnuexhibitions.com. Your drawing will be checked and you get an answer within 5 days.
