Together with Jaarbeurs Utrecht, Bike MOTION Benelux offers you the possibility to take care of the complete stand construction for your participation. We can provide you with professional support, that makes your participation in the exhibition even more effective and lighten your workload in particular.You only need to take care of the furnishing and decoration of the stand.
For Bike MOTION Benelux we have 2 colors:
- Standard stand construction in white: € 53 per sq. meter
- standard stand construction in black: € 53 per sq. meter
Notice: this price is additional with the price you pay for the normal square meters of the stand!
Standard stand construction package contains:
- Partition walls of 250 cm (white / black)
- Frieze frame displaying your name
- Escolita carpet tiles
- Lighting, 1 spot per 6 m²
- 3 kW electricity
- Cleaning, once-only at completion (you will remain responsible for the daily cleaning of your stand)
Please take careful note: Standard stand constructions is obligatory for booths smaller than 21 m² and the price is in addition to the standard square meter charges for renting the stand space!
Decoration
The walls may not be drilled, revited, screwed or nailed. The use of two-sided tapes is permitted.
Decoration materials can be placed with the special construction hooks. You can order these hooks by one of the stand constructors.

If you are interested in a standard stand construction package, you can order it in two different ways:
1. at the same time of ordering the stand, please mention this when you are making the reservation
2. after ordering the stand you can order the standard stand construction package later, by the digital exhibitors' manual on www.expopoint.nl. You will receive login codes as soon as the stand is reservated for you definitely.
