During construction and break down and every morning during the fair we provide you with free coffee and tea. You will find this service point at the entrance of hall 9 and 10 and is offered by VNU Exhibitions, Jaarbeurs Catering Services and Jaarbeurs Utrecht.

Stand catering
You can provide your stand with drinks and food via Jaarbeurs Catering Services. Specially developed for exhibitors is Deli Delivery. A complete selection of products, daily delivered on your stand. There are several possibilities to provide your crew with a wide range of facilities.

Discount card
In collaboration with Jaarbeurs Catering Services we provide you with a discount card, which you can use during Bike MOTION Benelux. With this card you receive 20% discount on the total selection at all service points on the fair ground. This card can be used by your crew and you will find this discount card in the Introduction map from Jaarbeurs Utrecht on the first day!
