To enter Bike MOTION Benelux during building up or break down or during the exhibition, you need to be in possession of several entrance wristbands.
Building up / break down period
During building up and break down days participants must be able to show building up / breakdown wristband. Depending on the surface area of the stand exhibitors receive a number of free wristbands. You can order extra wristbands for free via the orderform below the page.
Exhibitors wristbands
To enter Bike MOTION Benelux your employees must wear a wristband. You will receive 1 wristband per day and they are strictly personal; so you will receive 4 wristbands to wear throughout the fair for one person.
Exhibitors receive a set of free wristbands depending on the surface area of the stand (see ladder). If you want to have more, you can order them via the orderform below this page. One set of whristbands costs € 30 excl. VAT. Whristbands are also available per day.

Trade/guest invitation tickets
Exhibitors may extend invitations to any other business associates, using specially issued complimentary tickets for business associates. Complimentary tickets for business associates may be ordered by means of the relevant orderform. The tickets cost € 9.24 each (excl. VAT), payable in addition to the passes to be used as entrance tickets which are withheld at the check-points during Bike MOTION Benelux. Invitation cards are only valid with the company stamp of the registered exhibitor.
You will receive 4 invitations free of charge. These are our consumer cards. The tickets you order are the tickets that are also valid on the Trade Day. Your guest can visit Bike MOTION Benelux as well as E-BikeXperience with one trade/guest ticket.
You will receive the building up / break down wristbands, exhibitors' wristbands and invitation cards in the beginning of September.
